Milestones UK ships industrial machinery on a quote-confirmed basis. Delivery timelines vary by machine type, specification, and destination country. Estimated dispatch and transit windows are shared before order confirmation.

Shipping charges, insurance, and applicable duties/taxes are communicated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Risk transfer and delivery responsibilities are agreed in writing before payment.

Customers must inspect goods on delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos and shipment details.
