Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 May 2026

All machinery sales are B2B transactions and are generally non-returnable once accepted, except in cases of proven defect, wrong-item shipment, or material non-conformity with approved specifications.

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, including order number, issue description, and evidence. Milestones UK will review and confirm corrective action, repair, replacement, partial refund, or other commercially reasonable remedy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable, subject to banking/payment rail timelines and any non-recoverable logistics costs.
